ABOUT TARI MILLER,
Growing up I always took great interest in the stories of others and at a young age hoped that my listening skills could help people transform into the best versions of themselves. I have spent the last seven years working in the community mental health setting both as a clinician and in a managerial capacity accumulating a wide array of clinical experience providing both out- patient and intensive in-home services to a diverse population. I value communication, honesty, and kindness, while also pushing limits to meet goals and grow professionally. I embrace new opportunities to enhance my skill set and consider myself a “forever learner. I earned my Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling from Capella University and have my LPC. Additionally, I hold a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology with a concentration in Elementary Education from Ramapo College of NJ.
When I am not at work, you will find me outdoors. The beach is always my first choice, but I also enjoy a good hike, walk or fishing trip on our boat with my husband and two children. Most recently I learned to paddle board and I am hooked. It is the perfect blend of peacefulness and sweat. While all of those things are fun, truthfully, my most adored role is as a mother. I enjoy coaching my child’s sports teams and carting my kids around to the numerous activities they enjoy.
